Snohomish County Jail Roster

The Snohomish County jail register is the main place to find busted mugshots data and booking info. The roster is hosted by SNO911 and lists all people held in the main jail. It also pulls in inmates from the Lynnwood and Marysville city jails. You can search by last name, first name, or booking number. The system also lets you browse by letter. Each record shows the booking date, current charges, bail amount, scheduled court dates, and the housing facility. The roster does not show booking photos. To get a mugshot, you must file a records request with the Sheriff's Office.

You can pull up the jail register at jailregister.sno911.org/SCSO any time. The county also links to the same tool from snohomishcountywa.gov/3474/Jail-Register-Bail-Information. Both pages are free and need no log in. The roster updates throughout the day. Recent bookings may take a short time to show up. Released inmates are not listed once they leave custody. Juvenile records are blocked under RCW 13.50.050.

How to Find Snohomish County Mugshots

Mugshots are not posted on the public jail register. To get a booking photo, you have to send a public records request to the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office. The request goes to the Public Disclosure Unit at 3000 Rockefeller Avenue in Everett. You can file online, by mail, by email, by fax, or in person. The unit answers within five business days under RCW 42.56.520. Jail records like mugshots are held in confidence under RCW 70.48.100, so the office may need a signed waiver or court order before release.

The fastest way to file is the online portal. Visit snohomishcountywa.gov/3019/Request-Records and create an account. Email requests go to PDR@snoco.org. Include the full name, date of birth, and date of arrest. You can also call (425) 388-3699 with questions. Paper copy fees run $0.15 per page. Scanned copies cost $0.10 per page. The office may ask for a 10% deposit on big requests.

Snohomish County does not run a public mugshot site. There is no online photo gallery. The jail register gives names, charges, and bail only. For court records and case files, you use a different tool.

Snohomish County Superior Court Records

The Superior Court Clerk in Everett keeps all felony case files and family law records. The office is at 3000 Rockefeller Avenue, MS 605, Room M206. Phone is (425) 388-3466. Hours run Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Court records are not under the Public Records Act. Access is set by Washington State Court Rules GR 31 and GR 31.1. To search court cases by name, use the Washington State Courts portal at dw.courts.wa.gov. You need a free account.

Court copy fees are $0.50 per page. Certified copies cost $5.00 per document. Audio recordings run $25 per hearing date. Clerk research is $30 per hour with a one hour minimum. Snohomish County Jail Facilities

The main jail sits at 3025 Oakes Avenue in Everett. It is the largest detention center in the county. The Jail Annex and Work Release Center share space at 1201 Oakes Avenue. The county jail bookings reach into the thousands each year. People held by city police in Lynnwood and Marysville also show up on the joint jail register. Bail can be paid at the inmate account window in the east end of the lobby. Hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Cash, cashier checks, and bail bond company bonds are taken. Online bail goes through GovPayNet.

The jail uses Securus for inmate phone calls and Access Corrections for trust account deposits. Mail is opened and read except for legal mail. Visit hours and rules are posted at snohomishcountywa.gov.
